Monday Sparring Class is open for students who are Green Belt and Up upon receiving permission from Master Ryu.
The purpose of sparring is to try to work with your opponent (partner) to develop better reaction time, and enhance your skills. While training against a moving opponent, similar to a real confrontation, student develop enhanced reflexes, quick judgment, timing, distancing and cardio.
Not only do our students practice physical skills, but they will also learn not to be discouraged in times of defeat, and not to boast arrogantly in times of victory.
Strongly recommended to those who wish to excel and challenge their Taekwondo journey.
